Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your Citensity subscription at any time from your billing settings, or by emailing hello@citensity.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again — there is no cancellation fee.

• Monthly subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, because the service is available to you throughout that period.
• If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate or accidental charge — contact us within 7 days and we will review and refund the incorrect charge.
• If the service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review the affected period for a credit or refund.
• Introductory or first-month promotional pricing is non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
